- The tenant must read and accept the rules and regulations of the building.
- For each move, a non-refundable administrative fee of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) for a 4-hour
move is payable to the LESSOR.
- A credit check will be carried out at the LESSEE's expense.
- Conditional on verification of tenant's credit report, full satisfaction of landlord, and
consent to check payment history with previous landlord's references.
- The tenant must provide proof of liability insurance ($2M) for the duration of the lease, and
must provide it before signing the lease.
- The tenant will also be responsible for paying all costs resulting from the loss of keys or
magnetic keys.
- No smoking cigarettes or other substances inside the unit or in common areas
- A lease will also be signed.
