I am well educated and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate such as transactions in sales, purchases, leasing, and business in residential and commercial real estate; laws relating to real estate, the Administrative Housing Tribunal, businesses, construction, and others; challenges in condominium title ownership; agricultural zonings; and more. I am here to help you make informed and enlightened decisions in your real estate choices.

From when I started in real estate, I embraced all aspects of the industry. I am licensed in residential and commercial. I have professional and personal experience in sale, purchase, leasing of all types of properties from free hold titles to condominium titles and farm and ranch to business holdings. I am a certified broker and qualified as an agency director. I hold the esteemed CCIM international commercial designation (ccim.com).

A Quebec native, my real estate career nevertheless started in Alberta. After a few years in real estate, I opened my own agency which had divisions in sales, leasing, property management, and renovation. I received industry awards for over 20 consecutive years. I also taught in the licensing and the continuing education programs both in Alberta and in Quebec. Well respected by colleagues, I was elected president of the real estate board where I worked in Alberta followed by being elected representative to the Alberta provincial association board of directors for many years. In Quebec, I am a sitting representative of the commercial regrouping under the provincial association.
