No motorboats are permitted on the lake unless written authorization is obtained from Domaine des Quatre Collines.

Snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles are not permitted

Motorcycles, dune buggies, or any other all-terrain vehicles are not permitted, except to provide access to an owner's residence.

Hunting is not permitted anywhere on the Domaine des Quatre Collines.

Certain criteria must be met for dog ownership.

REGULATIONS
Regulations regarding access to the lakes must be followed by everyone.

A monthly fee of $180 (plus tax) is required to cover the maintenance, construction, and upkeep of all road access points.

Installation of a light fixture provided by the estate at a cost of $1,000 (+tax)

It is the buyer's responsibility to conduct, at their own expense, all necessary inspections and to comply with the requirements of the Domaine des 4 Collines.
