Certain uses, including temporary parking (motorized vehicles and others), may be tolerated by Hydro-Québec, subject to approval.
Agricultural or other uses may be permitted, subject to the following conditions:


Sufficient clearance under the power lines (profile plan required)


Submission of a site development plan for approval


Any project on the property must be approved and accepted by Hydro-Québec and the City of Terrebonne.
All uses of the property are subject to existing easements in favor of Hydro-Québec and Gazoduc Trans-Québec & Maritimes.
The buyer must conduct all necessary verifications regarding the feasibility of their project with the relevant authorities.
